Black Angus Cattle Ranch
We are a 3000 acre cattle ranch located in southeast Kansas, six miles south, and 2 miles east of Fredonia, KS. We maintain approximately 450 registered and commercial Black Angus cattle. In addition to those for our own needs, we provide brood cows for several prominent registered herds.
Our annual calf crop includes extensive use of artificial insemination and embryo transfer to continually upgrade our herd and our product with proven genetics, thus provide quality seed stock.
Bulls
Although our main business is to raise ET calves for prominent breeders,we maintain 120 registered cows and sell 20-30 bulls yearly. Currently (as of January 2021) we have several yearling and a few 18 month old bulls sired by Basin Bonus, Jindra Acclaim, Blacksmith, Entice, etc. These bulls are selling fast. Pedigrees and EPDs are all available through the Angus Association website below or by calling us anytime to discuss or schedule a visit.
Heifers
We do not have any groups of heifers for sale at this time. But if you need just a few heifers, check with us as we do have these from time to time. These heifers are descendants of the top genetics of our program and top AI sires we have used. We bought our first bred heifers in 1990 and I only wish we could have bought heifers of this quality then.
